Mike Rosen is a highly dedicated and highly knowledgeable and compassionate individual who is dedicated to helping parents through the often complex and overwhelming process of Early Intervention, CPSE/CSE Community of Pre-K Special Education & Community on Special Education & IEP's & IESP'S Indvidual Education Program & Individual Education Special Program. He understands the challenges that parents face and strives to guide them in discussing placement programs and related services, as well as developing annual goals for their children's academic and social skills. With his extensive experience and knowledge in this field, Mr. Rosen will always do the best for your children. Mr. Rosen attends all school meetings including IEP meetings to provide support and assist in addressing parents' concerns and questions. He has completed parent training in CPSE/CSE and also served as a former IEP Parent Elected Councilmember of District 31 Community Education Council. With a passion for helping families navigate the special education system. Mr. Rosen is committed to providing personalized and comprehensive support to ensure positive outcomes for children with special needs

Mike Rosen Educational Advocacy & Consulting is an organization that serves as a link between parents, students, and districts to support a child's educational and personal success. As an educational consultant and advocate I always take the best interest of your child's #1 priority. Mike Rosen guides children toward ongoing success by reviewing paperwork, making recommendations for testing, programming accommodations, and modifications, communicating with schools and districts on the behalf of the child. I offer a no obligation phone consultation. Here you will share the specifics of your child's situation and receive insightful feedback on options for you to move forward. Upon execution of this agreement, parents/guardian agree to provide advance payment of for a school consultation & for an IEP meeting per client, payable  by electronic payment Zelle, PayPal or Venmo. Failure to make payment will immediate suspension of my services

I want to say a Special Thank You to Mike Rosen. He is a parent advocate on Staten Island and he has helped me beyond measure with my daughter and the IEP process. I tried to get services due to my daughter having special needs . She needed a smaller class setting , door to door bus , PT, OT and a para. Let me be one to testify that the CSE wasn’t helpful , I am a very diligent person , calling everyday to the cse , leaving messages and taking names and I couldn’t even get a meeting to correct so many mistakes on the first IEP. Mistakes like putting a different name other than mine as the parent throughout the iep and no services listed. Once I called him he assured me everything would be in place with his help.And he was right. As soon as I walked into ocean terrace building with him for the reconvene meeting , people knew him and put everything into place accordingly. All of sudden they were so friendly and willing to help. I’m forever grateful for his advice and advocacy because I know the process I started in February 2019 would have still been incomplete If I didn’t have him on my side.

Mike Rosen is great and has a demeanor. as an educator myself in this area I feel he can be tough and fair and gets things worked out. I've delt with some advocates who have been outright nasty (and it's not always the best way to get what you want. Thank you, Mike, for going over and beyond for my child.
