I am Special Education Advocate & Educational Consultant who assist parents at Early Intervention, CPSE/CSE and IEP Individualized Educational Program & school meetings, in addition to attending meetings I discuss placement programs and related services and developing annual goals for your children's academic & social skills.
Before I attend any meetings, I will listen and discuss all of your concerns & questions. 

Mike Rosen is known to create a solid working relationship with communicating effectively. Mr. Rosen is dedicated detail-oriented and passionate about helping families learn to effectively advocate for their children .

Mr. Rosen has completed certification parent training in CPSE /CSE. Mr. Rosen is a former IEP Parent Elected Councilmember of District 31 Community Education Council

Mike Rosen Educational Consulting & Advocacy mission is to work with parents and schools & districts to meet a child's educational and personal success. As your Educational consultant & advocate I will guide your child forward towards their ongoing success

I will review all paperwork provided by the school or outside providers in order to make a recommendation for further testing, programming accommodations & modifications & communicate on your behalf with your child's school & district. I always take the best interest of your child's #1 priority.

I offer a no obligation 30 minutes phone consultation. Here you will share the specifics of your child's situation and receive insightful feedback on options for you to move forward. Upon execution of this agreement, parents/guardian agree to provide advance payment of for a school consultation & for an IEP meeting per client, payable 

by electronic payment PayPal or Venmo. Failure to make payment will immediate suspension of my services

I want to say a Special Thank You to Mike Rosen. He is a parent advocate on Staten Island and he has helped me beyond measure with my daughter and the IEP process. I tried to get services due to my daughter having special needs . She needed a smaller class setting , door to door bus , PT, OT and a para. Let me be one to testify that the CSE wasn’t helpful , I am a very diligent person , calling everyday to the cse , leaving messages and taking names and I couldn’t even get a meeting to correct so many mistakes on the first IEP. Mistakes like putting a different name other than mine as the parent throughout the iep and no services listed. Once I called him he assured me everything would be in place with his help.And he was right. As soon as I walked into ocean terrace building with him for the reconvene meeting , people knew him and put everything into place accordingly. All of sudden they were so friendly and willing to help. I’m forever grateful for his advice and advocacy because I know the process I started in February 2019 would have still been incomplete If I didn’t have him on my side.

Mike your awesome the help you give!!! I couldn’t ask for better person to help me 🙂 my daughter been late to school since day one since school started..he helped me change her bus and now she start taking new bus on Wednesday thank you!!!
